Turbofan Convection Oven, electric, countertop, 21-3/4 assembled height, (3) 1/2 size sheet pan capacity, 2-5/8 tray spacing, manual controls, mechanical thermostat range 150 - 500 F, 60 minute timer, stainless steel front, sides and top exterior, pull-down twin pane glass door, porcelain interior, 3 adjustable stainless steel feet, cETLus, NSF ( Moffat - E22M3 ) - Because of its compact design, the Moffat E22M3 Turbofan® convection oven can be housed on a countertop, and its 2-inch, adjustable stainless steel legs prevent it from sliding. The stainless steel exterior is durable and efficient to clean, while the enameled porcelain interior resists corrosion. To hold product, three chrome-plated, removable wire racks are inside that can accommodate three half-size sheet pans with 25/8-inch tray spacing.To reduce humidity within the unit, this Moffat E22M3 convection oven is equipped with a hinged, drop-down door that is vented. The twin-pane door glass provides visibility and facilitates cleaning, and to prevent burns, the door handle stays cool to the touch. A low-velocity, one-direction fan distributes heat evenly throughout the unit, and users are alerted when cooking times are done with a 60-minute timer. Product Details.
